EV3422-G-00A Evaluation Board is designed to demonstrate the capability of MP3422. MP3422 is a high-efficiency, synchronous, current-mode, step-up converter with output disconnect. The MP3422 can provide inrush current limiting and output short-circuit protection. It can work with an input voltage as low as 1.9V. The integrated P-channel synchronous rectifier improves efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. The PMOS disconnects the output from the input when the part shuts down. The 600kHz switching frequency allows for small external components, while the internal compensation and soft-start minimize the external component count. The MP3422 is available in 14-pin QFN 2mmx2mm package.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
EV3422-G-00A is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Development Tools. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official EV3422-G-00A datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for EV3422-G-00A fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for EV3422-G-00A depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
