This is EV board documentation for MP18021A. The MP18021A is a high frequency, 100V half bridge N-channel power MOSFET driver. Its low side and high side driver channels are independently controlled and matched with a time delay of less than 5ns. Under-voltage lockout on both high side and low side supplies force their outputs low in case of insufficient supply. The integrated bootstrap diode reduces external component count. This demo board is configured to a buck converter. INH and INL are independent signals of each other. For simplicity, the user only need to supply a PWM signal to this demo board and the on-board circuitry will generate INH and INL signals with proper dead time. In a real system, the controller will have to take care of dead time adjustment.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
EV18021A-N-00A is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems, categorized under Development Tools. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official EV18021A-N-00A datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for EV18021A-N-00A fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for EV18021A-N-00A depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
