The MAX9669 outputs 16 voltage references for gamma correction in TFT LCDs and one voltage reference for VCOM. Each gamma reference voltage has its own 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and buffer to ensure a stable voltage. The VCOM reference voltage has its own 10-bit DAC and an amplifier to ensure a stable voltage when critical levels and patterns are displayed. The MAX9669 features integrated multiple-time programmable (MTP) memory to store gamma and VCOM values on the chip, eliminating the need for external EEPROM. The MAX9669 supports up to 100 write operations to the on-chip nonvolatile memory. The gamma outputs can drive 200mA peak transient current and settle within 1µs. The VCOM output can provide 600mA peak transient current and also settles within 1µs. The analog supply voltage range extends from 9V to 20V, and the digital supply voltage range extends from 2.7V to 3.6V.Gamma values and the VCOM value are programmed into registers through the I²C interface.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MAX9669 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Data Converter ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MAX9669 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MAX9669 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MAX9669 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
