The MAX814/MAX815/MAX816 are high-accuracy microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits that provide power-on reset, watchdog, and power-fail functions. They eliminate manual trimming and improve reliability in critical applications needing high-accuracy reset thresholds. The active-low RESET output is guaranteed to be in the correct state for VCCdown to 1V. The reset comparator is designed to ignore fast transients on VCC. Reset thresholds are available for operation with a variety of 3V and 5V supply voltages.A 75µA maximum supply current makes the MAX814/MAX815/MAX816 ideal for use in portable equipment. All three devices are available in 8-pin DIP and SO packages. See theSelector Tablebelow for a review of features.
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MAX814NESA+ is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Power Management ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MAX814NESA+ datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MAX814NESA+ fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MAX814NESA+ depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
