The MAX5832 is a 14-bit, 9-channel, current-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The device operates from a low +3.0V power supply and provides 14-bit performance without any adjustment. The device’s output ranges are optimized to bias a high-power tunable laser source. Each of the 9 channels provides a current source. Channels 1 and 2 provide 10mA current. An internal multiplexer switches the outputs of each channel to one of four external nodes. Channel 3 provides a selectable current of 2mA or 20mA. Channel 4 provides 90mA. Channel 5 provides 180mA. Channel 6 provides a selectable current of -60mA or +300mA. Channel 7 provides 90mA. Channels 8 and 9 provide a selectable current of 15mA or 35mA. Connect DAC outputs in parallel to obtain additional current or to achieve higher resolution. The device contains an internal reference. An I2C-compatible interface drives the device with clock rates of up to 400kHz. An active-high asynchronous CLR input resets DAC codes to zero independent of the serial interface. The device provides a separate power-supply input for driving the interface logic. The MAX5832 is specified over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range, and is available in a 3mm x 3mm, 36-bump WLP.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MAX5832 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Data Converter ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MAX5832 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MAX5832 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MAX5832 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
