The MAX5113 is a 14-bit, 9-channel, current output digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The device operates from a low +3.0V power supply and provides 14-bit performance without any adjustment. The device's output ranges are optimized to bias a high-power tunable laser source. Each of the 9 channels provides a current source. Connect DAC outputs in parallel to obtain additional current or to achieve higher resolution. The MAX5113 contains an internal reference. An SPI interface drives the device with clock rates up to 25MHz. An active-high asynchronous CLR input resets DAC codes to zero independent of the serial interface. The device provides a separate power-supply input for driving the interface logic. The MAX5113 is specified over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and are available in 3mm x 3mm 36-WLP and 5mm x 5mm 32-TQFN packages.
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
MAX5113GWX+ is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Data Converter ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official MAX5113GWX+ datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for MAX5113GWX+ fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for MAX5113GWX+ depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
