The ADH635S is a GaAs PHEMT MMIC Driver Amplifier die which operates between 18 GHz and 40 GHz. The amplifier provides 19.5 dB of gain, +29 dBm Output IP3, and +23 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression, while requiring 280 mA from a +5V supply. Ideal as a driver amplifier for microwave radio applications, or as an LO driver for mixers operating between 18 and 40 GHz, the ADH635S can provide up to +24 dBm of saturated output power at 15% PAE. The amplifier’s I/Os are DC blocked and internally matched to 50 Ohms making it ideal for integration into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs).
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
HMC6987 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Unclassified. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official HMC6987 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for HMC6987 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for HMC6987 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
