Maxim's DG300–DG303 and DG300A–DG303A CMOS dual and quad analog switches combine low power operation with fast switching times and superior DC and AC switch characteristics. On-resistance is less than 50Ω and is essentially constant over the analog signal range. Device specifications are ideal for battery-powered circuitry. These switches are available in a variety of formats as outlined in thePin Configurationssection in the full data sheet. The switch control logic inputs are fully TTL and CMOS compatible. Also featured are "break-before-make" switching and low charge injection.Maxim's DG300–DG303 and DG300A–DG303A families are electrically compatible and pin compatible with the original manufacturer's devices. All devices operate with power supplies ranging from ±5V to ±18V. Single-supply operation is implemented by connecting V- to GND.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
DG303AAK/883B is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Switch ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official DG303AAK/883B datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for DG303AAK/883B fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for DG303AAK/883B depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
