The ADuM520x are dual channel digital isolators with isoPower, an integrated, isolated dc-to-dc converter. Based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler®technology, the dc-to-dc converter provides up to 500 mW of regulated, isolated power with 5.0 V input and 5.0 V output voltage, or 200 mW of power with 3.3 V input and 3.3 V output voltage. This eliminates the need for a separate isolated dc-to-dc converter in low power isolated designs. The Analog Devices chip scale transformer iCoupler technology is used for the isolation of the logic signals as well as for the dc-to-dc converter. The result is a small form factor, total isolation solution.ADuM520x units may be used in combination with ADuM5401, ADuM5402, ADuM5403, ADuM5404 and ADuM5000 with isoPower®to achieve higher output power levels and greater channel counts (see the Increasing Available Power section). The ADuM520x isolators provide two independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates (see the Ordering Guide for options).isoPower uses high frequency switching elements to transfer power through its transformer. Special care must be taken during printed circuit board (PCB) layout to meet emissions standards. Refer to the AN-0971 application note for details on board layout recommendations.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
ADUM5201 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Integrated Circuits - ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official ADUM5201 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for ADUM5201 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for ADUM5201 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
