The ADA4860-1 is a low cost, high speed, current feedback op amp that provides excellent overall performance. The 800 MHz, -3 dB bandwidth, and 790 V/µs slew rate make this amplifier well suited for many high speed applications. With its combination of low price, excellent differential gain (0.02%), differential phase (0.02°), and 0.1 dB flatness out to 125 MHz, this amplifier is ideal for both consumer and professional video applications. The ADA4860-1 is designed to operate on supply voltages as low as +5 V and up to ±5 V using 6 mA of supply current. To further reduce power consumption, the amplifier is equipped with a power-down feature, that lowers the supply current to 0.25 mA.
The ADA4860-1 is available in the 6-lead SOT-23 package and is designed to work over the extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
ADA4860-1 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Amplifier ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official ADA4860-1 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for ADA4860-1 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for ADA4860-1 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
