The AD974 is a 4-channel, 200 ksps, low power 16-bit A/D converter that operates from a single 5 V supply. It contains a four-channel input multiplexer, a successive-approximation switched-capacitor ADC, an internal 2.5 V reference, and a high-speed serial interface. The AD974 dissipates a maximum of 120 mW, and has a powerdown mode. The ADC is factory calibrated to minimize all linearity errors. The AD974 is specified for full-scale bipolar input ranges of ±10 V, 0 V to 5 V and 0 V to 4 V.The AD974 is comprehensively tested for ac parameters such as SNR and THD, as well as the more traditional dc parameters of offset, gain and linearity. The AD974 is available in skinny 28-pin DIP, SOIC, and SSOP packages.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
YG GROUP (YUGUANG INTERNATIONAL(HK)CO.,LTD) supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
AD974 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Data Converter ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official AD974 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for AD974 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for AD974 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
