The AD7273 is a 10-bit, high speed, low power, successive-approximation ADC. The part operates from a single 2.35V to 3.6 V power supply and features throughput rates up to 3 MSPS. The part contains a low-noise, wide bandwidth track/hold amplifier which can handle input frequencies in excess of 30 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is also initiated at this point. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK. There are no pipeline delays associated with the part. The AD7273 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. The reference for the part is applied externally and can be in the range of 1.2 V to VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
AD7273 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Data Converter ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official AD7273 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for AD7273 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for AD7273 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
