The AD5428 / AD5440 / AD5447 are Dual CMOS 8-, 10- and 12-bit, dual-channel, current output digital-to-analog converters (DACs), respectively. These devices operate from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V power supply, making them suited to battery-powered and other applications. As a result of being manufacture on a CMOS submicron process, they offer excellent 4-quadrant multiplication characteristics, with large signal multiplying bandwidths of up to 10 MHz.These DACs utilize data readback, allowing the user to read the contents of the DAC register via the DB pins. On power-up, the internal register and latches are filled with zeros and the DAC outputs are at zero scale. The applied external reference input voltage (VREF) determines the full scale output current. An integrated feedback resistor (RFB) provides temperature tracking and full scale voltage output when combined with an external I-to-V Precision Amplifier. The AD5428 is available in a small 20-lead TSSOP package, and the AD5440/AD5447 DACs are available in small 24-lead TSSOP packages.
YG GROUP supports reliable sourcing through quality controls and compliance documentation. Please confirm product requirements, applicable certifications and supporting documents before ordering.
AD5428 is an authentic electronic component manufactured by Analog Devices, categorized under Data Converter ICs. It is supplied in the standard manufacturer-specified package footprint, providing industry-standard mechanical dimensions and terminal configurations for board-level assembly. Full pinout configurations, physical footprint drawings, and rated operating tolerances are documented in the official AD5428 datasheet above.
Electronic component spot-market pricing for AD5428 fluctuates based on real-time global availability, production date codes, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and packaging formats (e.g., Reel, Tube, Tray). Using an RFQ ensures you receive accurate, real-time volume pricing tied to verified, traceable inventory rather than stale catalog estimates.
Lead times for AD5428 depend on whether stock is dispatched from our central hub or regional franchise partners. Ready-to-ship inventory typically leaves the warehouse within 1–3 business days following quality inspection, while factory-direct or back-ordered allocations are confirmed with an estimated ship date upon RFQ reply.
